Airport Community Job Fair October 2016 - Employer Registration

Employer registration instructions

Please complete the online registration form by Monday, Oct. 10. The event will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 19 and is free for employers. Register early and receive free Wi-Fi.

Other important details:

• The job fair will be held at the Georgia International Convention Center (GICC) in Exhibit Hall A.
• The hall will be available for setup at 7 a.m. Setup must be completed by 9 a.m.
• The job fair will begin promptly at 10 a.m. and end at 4 p.m.
• Parking is available at the GICC for $5.
• Please be prepared to stay until all applicants have passed through the job fair hall.
• Breakdown of booth may begin no earlier than 4 p.m. and must be completed by 6 p.m.
• Additional booths will be available for on-site interviews on a first-come, first-choice basis.
• Your booth location and number will be emailed to you on or before Friday, Oct. 14.
• One 10’ x 10’ booth, covered table, two chairs and company sign will be provided for each company.
• Continental breakfast will be provided, along with two box lunch tickets for each booth. Please advise us of any dietary restrictions.
• Register by Wednesday, Oct. 5 and receive free Wi-Fi service.
• Companies that register after Oct 5. in need of Wi-Fi service must complete a telecomm form and work directly with the GICC for payment. Wi-Fi service order form: http://gicc.com/pdfs/ES-TelecommFormREV2012_080713.pdf
• Companies in need of electrical services must complete an electrical form and work directly with the GICC for payment. Electrical service order form: http://gicc.com/pdfs/Electrical_Order_Form2012.pdf
• Wi-Fi and electrical services must be finalized with the GICC by Monday, Oct. 10. Please fax the forms directly to GICC 770-994-8559.
